IMPACT 2010 - the Alliance's strategic framework for 2008-2010 provides an overview of the aims and goals of the global Alliance partnership for the three years ahead. It is based on extensive consultation with partners, donors and staff and was endorsed by the Board of Trustees in November 2007.
