A sad farewell to our colleague and friend Liz Mann

It is with great sadness that we have to share the news that Alliance staff member Liz Mann passed away on Tuesday 25 September in Melbourne, Australia.
Liz joined the Alliance in January 2004 and made an immense contribution to our work as Programme Manager: Southern Africa, supporting and leading much of the work that we do in generalized epidemics. Before joining the Alliance Liz had worked for Oxfam in Melbourne and in Mozambique between 1996 and 2003.
Liz’s passionate and forthright approach was her hallmark. She was challenging, supportive and a great colleague and friend.
She will be very sadly missed by all of her friends and colleagues across the Alliance.
